The building has five levels, following the hill’s relief that gradually recede as going up from level one to five. The hotel auxiliary spaces are located at the contact points with the hill and within it, while the main areas (rooms, restaurant, and conference room) are on the opposite side; large windows allow a breathtaking view of Meteora and the midlands landscape.

The breakfast room, the spa and the indoors heated pool are located at level one; the underground garage, the kitchens and nine out of the eighteen rooms are on the second level; the rest of the rooms and the lobby are located on level three. Level four hosts a modern, full- equipped conference room and finally the cafe-bar-restaurant is located on the last level. Two outdoors pools, one for children, and a pool bar are found on the same level.
The long horizontal cantilevers are the main element of the architectural synthesis and the major characteristic of the building views. The architect’s reference to the modern architecture movement is quite clear.
