EXCURSION WITH ORGANIZED TRANSPORT / TOUR

Meeting in the village of Perivoli 10.00.

Boarding in equipped 4×4 jeep vehicles and departure to Valia Kalda in the most beautiful and unspoilt national park of Greece where we will arrive after 1.15 hours. Our first stop is at the edge of the core where we will enjoy the entire view of the valley and see the difference between the Black and the Leukodermo pines and the old bonsai. We descend towards the valley between the most developed form of natural branching and hike to Arkudorema for about 1.15′ where information will be given about Valia Kalda about its fauna and flora.

We will see rare red pines, the poisonous pompin, newts, its rare butterflies, the carnivorous piguicula, we will do tree dating, we will learn about the medicinal use of herbs and about the types of mushrooms. Traditional sweet in the valley with water from Valia Kalda and departure to the village of Perivoli.
